Experience meets passion

Motorsport has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Not just because of the speed – but because of the precision, the concentration, and the decisions that have to be made in seconds.

Before founding License to Race, I worked in international tourism for many years. During this time, I learned what truly makes for high-quality experiences: meticulous planning, an understanding of people, and the ability to organize complex processes so seamlessly that they feel natural to the guest.

With License to Race, I combined this experience with my passion for driving dynamics and motorsport over 13 years ago.

The result is a precisely organized, yet lightweight format – supported by a well-coordinated team of professionals: technically precise, empathetic and reliable.

Over the years, this has developed into an environment for people who truly want to experience driving. Many of our participants are entrepreneurs, executives, or people with significant responsibilities in their daily lives.

The Aston Martin brand has been a defining element for many years, because these vehicles uniquely combine performance, character, and driving experience.

For many of our participants, something rare happens on the course: a moment of complete focus. Technique, feeling, and concentration come together – and everything else fades into the background for a while.

My role in this is deliberately personal. I personally accompany our programs on-site, plan the processes, and work closely with our instructors and partners.

Because that, for me, is precisely the difference: It's not about organizing an event. It's about creating an experience that will be remembered.

The team

However personal our programs may seem – they are never created in isolation.

License to Race is run by a small, highly experienced team: instructors, organizers, technicians, and logistics specialists. These are people who have worked in motorsport or international event organization for many years. Because, besides James Bond, you always need a Miss Moneypenny, Q, and other secret agents.

Many have been following our programs for a long time.

This continuity ensures that our events run smoothly, in a structured and professional manner – both on the track and behind the scenes.

While our instructors are responsible for safety, precision and coaching, the organizing team takes care of the many details that make such an experience possible.

For our participants, this means one thing above all: they can concentrate fully on what it's really all about. The driving.

our claim

Philosophy

Many motorsport formats rely on large groups and short driving times.

We deliberately chose a different path with a clear objective: exclusive Aston Martin experiences that go far beyond driving.

Our programs are small, carefully organized, and designed for intensive driving experiences. Each participant receives ample time on the track as well as personal coaching from experienced instructors.

This approach creates an atmosphere that many of our guests particularly appreciate: focused, relaxed, and characterized by a genuine passion for driving. And of course, fun is never lacking.
